Funky Apple & White Chocolate Cake Mix
Just Add:
- 85g melted and cooled butter
- 2 egg
- 85ml Milk
Oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4
Line a 2lb loaf tin with baking paper. Mix the COOLED butter, egg and milk in a bowl then add the jar ingredients and mix thoroughly until combined. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 40-45 mins. Check with a skewer to ensure it comes out clean. Leave to cool in the tin before removing.
