These fabulously gooey chocolate brownies melt in your mouth, and so easy to make, you will be able to wow your friends with these!
Funky Chocolate Brownie Mix
Line or rub butter around the bottom of an 8” square tin. Melt butter and chocolate together. In another bowl add the rest of the ingredients, add the eggs, and stir. Add the melted butter and chocolate and mix. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 25-30 mins. Check with a skewer to ensure it comes out clean. Remove and allow to cool before cutting into squares to serve.
