Funky Fruit & Nut Biscotti Mix

    • 2 Eggs

    Oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4

    Line a Baking tray with greaseproof paper. Add jar ingredients into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the eggs and combine to make a dough (it may seem dry at 1st but keep kneading) Divide the dough into 2 rolls about 20cm long and place on a baking tray. Bake for 25-30 mins, then remove from oven and transfer to wire rack for a few mins. Turn oven down to 140°C/Fan 120°C/Gas 1. Using a bread knife, cut into slices approx. 2cm and lay flat on the baking tray. Bake for 15 mins then turn over and bake for another 15 mins. Store in airtight container for up to 1 month
