Funky Gluten Free Almond & Raspberry Cake Mix
Just Add:
- 2 Eggs
- 120g Softened Butter
- 20ml Milk
180°C/Fan 160°/ Gas 4
Line a 2lb loaf tin with baking paper. Mix the softened butter, egg and milk in a bowl. Add jar ingredients and mix thoroughly until combined. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 40-45 mins. Check with a skewer to ensure it comes out clean. Leave to cool in the tin before removing.
