Funky Milk Choc Chip Cookie Mix
Just Add:
- 1 Egg
- 100g Oil
180°C/Fan 160°/ Gas 4
Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper. Add jar ingredients into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the egg and oil and knead with your hands until it becomes a dough. Don’t be tempted to add extra oil, or else they will spread too much. Roll a small amount of the dough and put on the baking tray, and gently press down to create a cookie shape, leaving a 2” gap between. Bake in the oven for 8-12 mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
