Funky Triple Choc Chip Cookie Mix

Just Add:

• 60g Softened Butter
• 1 Egg

Oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas 4

Line a Baking tray with greaseproof paper. Mix the softened butter and egg together. Add the sugar and choc chips into the mixture and mix through. Add the last 2 layers of the jar and mix. Roll dough to walnut sizes and place onto baking tray, pressing gently down.  Bake in the oven for 8-10mins. Allow to cool.
