Gluten Free Funky White Chocolate & Raspberry American Pancake Mix
Mix together with a whisk.
- 1 Egg
- 250ml Milk
Add the contents of the pouch and whisk into a frothy batter.
Heat a non stick frying pan with 1tsp oil and pour the batter into rounds in the pan, not touching each other.
Cook on one side for 1-2 mins until bubbles appear, the flip over and cook for another minute.Serve up and enjoy!
